The BuyIt mobile application ("App") is provided by Clan LEO Pvt. Ltd. The terms "BuyIt", "App", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Clan LEO Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at 66/1364, Shree Building, Second Floor, Near Townhall, Ernakulam North, Kerala - 682018. The terms "you", "your", and "user" refer to anyone who downloads, accesses, or uses the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use the App.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates any law or regulation.
- Engage in activities that could disable, overburden, or impair the App.
- Interfere with others’ use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access if fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
4. Features of the App
The App allows users to:
- Create and manage shopping lists.
- Form groups for shared lists.
- Upload bills for tracking expenses.
- Communicate through in-app chat.
We reserve the right to modify features without notice.
5. Content and Ownership
All content in the App (text, graphics, software, etc.) is owned by Clan LEO Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a license to use it for operating the App.
6. Confidentiality
You agree to keep non-public information confidential and use it only as permitted by these Terms.
7. Privacy and Data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the App complies with applicable data protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clan LEO Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
